Senior Project Manager
Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿150,000 per month
About the role
Responsible for overall project governance and oversight of Sub Module PMs to deliver work aligned with the Integrated Master Plan. Control Critical Path, Cross Module Dependency, Risk, Cost, Quality and Go-live readiness while serving as the primary coordinator between client and Vendor.
Key responsibilities
Manage overall project governance, oversee Sub Modules and define Reporting and Escalation Process
Control Master Plan, Critical Path, Cross Module Dependency and Recovery Plan for alignment
Coordinate with client and Vendor to drive Decision, Scope Confirmation and Sign off
Manage Critical Risk and Issue with timely Escalation of impact, alternatives and recommendations
Control Scope, Change Request, Cost, Margin, Vendor Commitment, Milestone and Acceptance
Consolidate Project status from Sub Module PM and report Overall RAG, Plan versus Actual, Critical Path, Forecast, Key Risk and Decision Required
About you
Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
Minimum 8 years of experience as Project Manager in Enterprise projects
Experience managing multi-Module, multi-Vendor and System Integration projects
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid, SIT, UAT, Data Migration and Cutover
Strong skills in planning, analysis and management of Dependency
Experience in Project Recovery or projects with critical status is preferred
Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
Experience in Telecom, CRM, Billing, or ERP is a plus
