Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing small to mid-sized projects or portions of larger production programs, applying industry best practices and company processes to ensure successful execution. This role manages project planning, scheduling, financial controls, risk and opportunity management, supplier and contractual matters, and program reporting, while supporting the Program Management Team and leading small to medium proposals within budget and schedule requirements.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Essential Functions
o Collaborate with Program Management, senior leadership, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
o Coordinate project execution, support contract negotiations, change proposals, and risk mitigation activities
o Prepare and submit contract deliverables (SDRLs), ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
o Support EVMS and IMS reporting, financial forecasting, EACs, funding projections, and margin analysis
o Other duties as assigned
