Senior Project Manager

COOPERATIVA Marketing is looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing and leading BTL, brand experience, and event projects, particularly for premium and high-end brands.

What will you do?

• Lead projects from end to end, from planning and conceptualization through execution and completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project priorities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all stages of the project.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Identify potential risks and anticipate project needs to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee the planning and execution of BTL projects, brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and/or events.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and status overviews.
• Ensure projects meet established objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and leadership.
• Proven experience in BTL, brand activations, experiential marketing, and/or events.
• Experience working with premium, luxury, or high-end brands.
• Experience within marketing, advertising, BTL, experiential, or event production agencies.
• Proven experience leading projects from end to end and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing clients, vendors, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, strategic, and highly organized mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Book, portfolio, or project presentation showcasing projects you have led, including your level of involvement and responsibility in each project.
• Valid passport and visa, with availability to travel.
• Advanced / native-level English proficiency.
