Senior Project Manager (German-speaking)
Summary
Leads end-to-end digital transformation projects for a German telecom client, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Agile-based self-service platforms and sales solutions.
Join an international project for one of Germany's leading telecommunications and digital services companies. You will lead strategic business and technology initiatives related to digital sales platforms and self-service solutions used by millions of customers.
Your responsibilities
- Lead complex business and IT projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate cooperation between product, sales, marketing and software engineering teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
- Drive project delivery in a dynamic Agile environment with a strong focus on time-to-market.
- Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation actions.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and project delivery methods.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Understanding of business processes and collaboration with technical teams.
- Fluent German language skills (mandatory).
- English and Polish at B2 level or higher.
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating and driving projects to completion.
Nice to have
- Experience in transformation programs.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital services, telecommunications or online environments.
