Senior Project Manager
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you begin managing the entire process from pre-fabrication of
materials, installation scheduling, external customer care, to final inspection. You will
be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the schedule required, at the targeted
profitability, meet OSHA standards, and our deliverables promote customer
satisfaction. The Project Manager is the owner of all internal and external relationships
and the primary point person for the duration of the project.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies the scope of the project, and the responsibilities of the
teams involved, and ensures projects are delivered successfully
Manages project closeouts and ensures closeout documents are
submitted properly
Ensures the company has all necessary certifications and license to
complete the contracted work
Manages all project costs throughout the duration of the
project
Ensures work is performed on sites in accordance with OSHA and
contractual quality standards
Identifies, investigates, and resolves any issues that could possibly
affect the quality or timeline of the project
Adjusts processes to help the company continually improve to
continue to be competitive
Position Requirements
Ability to travel 20-30%, Required
3-5 years of Project Management in Construction, Required
2-4 years of leadership experience, Preferred
Construction Management Degree – Strongly Preferred
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail,Project Management – Training Available
