Your new role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead a key technology workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation program. Working closely with senior technology leaders, delivery partners and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives as the program transitions into its build phase.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of a critical technology stream within the broader transformation program
• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinating internal technology teams, vendors and implementation partners
• Driving governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities
• Managing delivery across areas including integrations, automation and data-related initiatives
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Supporting build, testing, deployment and go-live activities

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale ERP, enterprise systems or technology transformation programs
• Strong experience managing complex technology delivery environments involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Demonstrated capability across governance, reporting, planning, risk management and dependency management
• Experience leading technology workstreams through build, testing and implementation phases
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive and delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
• TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded; however, candidates from other ERP environments are encouraged to apply
