Senior Project Manager

HCLTech, a global technology company, invites a Senior Project Manager to join our Hybrid role (3 days per week) on a fixed-term 12-month contract in Milan. You will coordinate infrastructure projects with international clients, oversee transitions, and drive delivery excellence across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in project management, strong familiarity with Google Cloud, MS Project, and ITIL practices, and excellent communication at senior levels.

Lead crisis and service improvement within the business unit, ensuring stability. Drive the run operations across sys admin, storage, and backups. Interface with senior business stakeholders and internal delivery teams. Ensure zero escalation and strong customer negotiation. Apply ITIL and Six Sigma practices to projects. 5–10 years of project management experience in infrastructure and IT. Experience managing projects for global clients. Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, MS Office). Knowledge of Google Cloud and delivering cloud projects. ITIL certified; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; Six Sigma belt a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
