What You'll Do
Lead with Strategy
- Oversee multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Provide strategic guidance on estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project execution.
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and risk while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
Develop People
- Mentor and coach Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and help develop future leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build Lasting Relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while helping identify future opportunities.
- Participate in business development activities that support continued company growth.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Review contracts, budgets, schedules, invoicing, and project financials across multiple projects.
- Support quality control, safety, and operational consistency throughout your team.
- Help improve processes, share lessons learned, and elevate project delivery across the organization.
