About the role
Invitrace builds digital health platforms — hospital systems, telemedicine, health screening and wellbeing apps — used by leading hospital groups and enterprise clients in Thailand and the UK. Our Professional Services team takes each of these projects from signed contract to go-live.
As Senior Professional Services Manager, you lead delivery across a portfolio of our most important client projects at the same time. You set the delivery standard, make sure every project reaches go-live on time and within scope, and coach the project managers and scrum masters who run the day-to-day work. You are the senior delivery voice in front of hospital executives and inside the company.
Key responsibilities
Lead several concurrent enterprise projects from kickoff through each delivery stage to go-live
Plan timelines, allocate people across delivery teams and coordinate Product, Engineering, Design and QA
Set escalation paths and risk plans, and step in early when a project starts to slip
Run incident reviews and retrospectives, and turn the lessons into better ways of working
Run project governance: stage sign-offs, KPI and SLA tracking, delivery scorecards and project health reports
Lead the weekly delivery review and present status, risks and decisions at client steering committees
Make sure delivery meets healthcare data-protection requirements (PDPA) and supports our ISO 27001 controls
Keep time logging and project records complete and accurate across your projects
Be the senior delivery contact for key hospital and enterprise accounts
Coach and mentor project managers, scrum masters and product owners
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, IT or a related field
5+ years in project or professional services management, including at least 3 years leading project managers or delivery teams
Track record of delivering several enterprise software projects in parallel to go-live
Experience in healthcare IT, hospital systems (HIS), telemedicine, SaaS or enterprise software implementation is strongly preferred
Comfortable with hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery, and with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation with clients, engineers and executives
PMP, Agile/Scrum or ITIL certification is a plus
Excellent Thai and English, written and spoken
