✅ Manage partnerships, governance systems & capacity building
✅ Ensure GSE, conflict sensitivity & adaptive management
✅ Oversee budget, compliance & donor reporting (ADA)
You Bring:
🎓 Master’s in Governance/Dev't Studies
🌍 8+ yrs in governance/decentralisation
🗣️ Fluent English & Amharic required
