Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description:
- Lead the project team in the delivery of the large scale project.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications
- Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in completed large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
