oversees delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, acting as both a
hands-on program leader and a people manager for a team of Project Managers.
This role is accountable for executive stakeholder alignment, on-time and
on-budget delivery across teams, governance and audit readiness, and the
coaching and development of project management talent. The Senior Project
Manager also champions continuous improvement and innovation in how projects
