GateSource HR is supporting an international engineering consultancy in identifying a Senior Project Manager for a major water infrastructure project involving complex civil works such as dams, hydraulic structures, and tunnels.
The successful professional will provide overall leadership for project planning, design coordination, construction management, contract administration, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Registered or licensed Professional Engineer, or an equivalent professional licence.
- PMP certification or an equivalent internationally recognised credential.
- At least 20 years of professional experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable experience administering FIDIC contracts or equivalent international standard forms.
- Leadership of at least two comparable infrastructure projects, each with a construction value of US$100 million or more.
- Relevant project experience in dams, hydraulic structures, tunnels, water infrastructure, or similarly complex heavy civil works.
Highly preferred profile
- More than 30 years of professional experience.
- Leadership experience on at least two comparable projects exceeding US$400 million each.
- Previous responsibility for multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, contractors, schedules, budgets, risks, and claims.
- Experience working on international projects and in multicultural environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
