Leads delivery of a major water infrastructure project in Panama City — managing planning, design coordination, construction, FIDIC contract administration, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholders across heavy civil works like dams, hydraulic structures, and tunnels. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Registered or licensed Professional Engineer, or an equivalent professional licence.
- PMP certification or an equivalent internationally recognised credential.
- At least 20 years of professional experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable experience administering FIDIC contracts or equivalent international standard forms.
- Leadership of at least two comparable infrastructure projects, each with a construction value of US$100 million or more.
- Relevant project experience in dams, hydraulic structures, tunnels, water infrastructure, or similarly complex heavy civil works.
- More than 30 years of professional experience.
- Leadership experience on at least two comparable projects exceeding US$400 million each.
- Previous responsibility for multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, contractors, schedules, budgets, risks, and claims.
- Experience working on international projects and in multicultural environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
