Senior Project Manager - Insurance Transformation

We are partnering with a leading multinational insurer to hire a Project Manager, Insurance Transformation. Sitting within the business team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to lead strategic transformation initiatives across operations, digital, customer experience, and system enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation projects from initiation through implementation.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and business change initiatives.

• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and steering committees.

• Support business readiness, testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience within the insurance industry.

• Proven track record delivering transformation, digital, operational excellence, or system-related initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams.

• Knowledge of Life, Claims, Operations, Distribution, or Customer functions is advantageous.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or related certifications would be beneficial.

• Fluent English and Cantonese required
