- Develop and manage detailed development and commercialization project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and critical paths using appropriate PM tools.
- Define project scope, structure, success criteria, and robust governance with clear reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate with, Supply Chain, Development, Quality, and other functions to ensure seamless execution and on-time, in-full delivery.
- Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and leading project meetings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues to keep projects on track and escalate complex challenges to senior management when needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, GMP and HSE guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
- Make quality and timely decisions based on multiple sources of data; anticipate roadblocks to prevent deviations from goals.
- Achieve results through others via direct line management or transversal leadership;
- Build and sustain motivation and positive team dynamics; provide timely, specific feedback (both positive and constructive) to project team members. Clarify roles and responsibilities and enable effective use of technical, management, and leadership skills
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, sponsors) to support project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and methodologies; master PM tools and promote best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Solid relevant experience in an operational and/or scientific area within the industry (highly desirable). Technical background preferred, or experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Demonstrated mastery of PM processes and tools through proven experience in a PM function
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent) or formal PM education highly advantageous.
- Experience in management of drug device combination projects
- Experience with commercialization or pharmaceutical/FMCG launch projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercialization lifecycles.
