Senior Project Manager-IT Infrastructure & Facilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and connectivity across multiple sites.

Working across IT and Facilities/Estates teams, you will coordinate technology requirements for new and existing sites, ensuring locations are ready for the required IT and communications services. This is a hands-on delivery role involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams, project managers and suppliers.

You'll be responsible for coordinating site requirements, infrastructure and connectivity activities, managing dependencies and logistics, and ensuring technology delivery aligns with wider facilities programmes.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Senior Project Management experience within IT infrastructure and facilities/site delivery
• Experience delivering technology into new or upgraded buildings/sites
• Good understanding of infrastructure such as networks, connectivity, Wi-Fi, cabling, communications rooms and end-user technology
• Experience coordinating IT, facilities/property teams, vendors and technical specialists
• Strong planning, dependency, risk and stakeholder management
• Comfortable managing delivery across multiple locations and workstreams
• Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools such as Azure DevOps and Miro
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
• Must hold an active New Zealand Government security clearance

This is an hourly rate contract through to 30 June 2027 and would suit a Senior PM who enjoys being close to the delivery and has strong experience bringing together IT infrastructure and physical site/facilities projects.
