Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Gdynia / Łódź / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

Join a project focused on IT transformation and integration initiatives within the Azure Cloud and Cybersecurity domains. As a Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security areas.

The role combines structured project governance with Agile delivery, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders, effective risk management, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains

• Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)

• Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project

• Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance)

• Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security

• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements

• Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders

Expected competences and knowledge

• PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP)

• Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery

• Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects

• Experience in IT transformation / integration projects

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• An understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, like: Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability management, Security baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Azure Cloud Architecture

• Experience in financial sector is a plus
