Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager leads customer deployment projects from initiation through delivery and closure. Depending on the size and structure of the engagement, the Senior Project Manager may serve as the primary customer contact or work under the direction of a Program Manager who owns the broader customer relationship. The Senior Project Manager owns project-level planning, fulfillment oversight, production and shipping readiness, budget and schedule management, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and confirmation of successful delivery. Working across customers, Sales, engineering, production and integration, logistics, Resource Management, and other delivery functions, the Senior Project Manager establishes project direction, drives accountability, and ensures customer commitments are understood and actively managed. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center deployment environments, disciplined project management, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex customer deployments with competing priorities and dependencies. The role has no direct reports but leads cross-functional project teams through influence, sound judgment, and disciplined execution.
