Senior Project Manager
Summary
Leads end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale Hook-Up projects in high-tech industries, coordinating teams and stakeholders while ensuring scope, budget, and safety compliance.
- Lead the overall design, planning, execution, and delivery of the Hookup Project.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Oversee engineering design, project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and company requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor project team members to achieve project excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline).
- Minimum 10 years of total Hook-Up project experience, with proven experience managing large-scale semiconductor or high-tech industrial projects.
- Extensive experience in design and project management for Hook-Up projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel or be based at the project site as required.
