Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, resource allocation, mentorship, and proactive problem-solving to overcome challenges and keep our projects moving forward.

Your day-to-day work will seamlessly transition between tactical decision-making and long-term strategic planning. Whether responding to immediate project needs or mapping out the roadmap for future initiatives, your expertise will be instrumental in driving our projects toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and align the team with the strategic vision, ensuring end-to-end process optimization and sharing best practices.
  
• Lead gaming projects from execution, overseeing feature development, release management, and technical aspects to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality milestone delivery.
  
• Implement diverse project management methodologies, tailored to project requirements, ensuring efficient workflows.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  
• Create and track comprehensive short and long-term project schedules.
  
• Deliver comprehensive status updates and risk assessments, providing high-level reporting to executives.
  
• Foster an environment for autonomous problem-solving, addressing team issues, setting clear objectives, and supporting professional growth.
  
• Manage and resolve conflicts proactively, fostering a healthy environment and mentoring team members on conflict resolution.
  
• Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and sharing best practices within a defined project area.
  
• Lead collaborative efforts to achieve consensus, communicate goals, report progress, and foster trust and respect within the team.
  
• Innovate and improve team processes, ensuring effective use and understanding of processes, and tracking efficiency and outcomes.
  
• Build and track schedules, manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and communicate progress effectively.
  
• Plan and manage resource capacity, address skill set requirements and gaps, and utilize tools for tracking and managing resources.
  
• Prioritize and solve problems based on impact analysis, identify root causes, and manage risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, utilizing risk management techniques and coordinating work to minimize impacts.
  
• Contribute to strategic planning processes, providing insights into people, technology, and partners, and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
  

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
  
• 5+ years’ experience creating detailed project progress reports, risk analysis, and decision recommendations.
  
• 4+ years of gaming industry experience (preferably)
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Agile certification is a plus.
  
• 3+ years’ experience building relationships, engaging with, and facilitating decision-making processes with leadership groups.
  
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
