Senior/ Project Manager (LTA)(MRT)(MNC)
Summary
Oversee large-scale public transport infrastructure projects in Singapore, managing teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders from design through handover.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification.
- Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients.
- Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction.
- Identify, evaluate and leading projects team to resolve site issues.
- Set and adjust priorities to meet the Company’s strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively.
- Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experiences in relevant projects
- Good leadership skills, project management, budget management etc
- Experience in LTA Projects
