Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing cross-functional AI/software product delivery projects from initiation to release, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, milestones and governance expectations
- Owning the E2E project plan across the full product delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, design control milestones, verification and validation activities, regulatory documentation dependencies and release readiness
- Driving transparency on project status through structured reporting, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive-level communication
- Facilitating effective decision-making for scope, priorities, trade-offs, release planning and change management
- Identifying, tracking and managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops and decision forums with clear agendas, outputs, owners and follow-up actions
- Supporting the team in maintaining documentation discipline in line with the quality management system and regulated software/SaMD lifecycle expectations
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a software, SaaS, AI or healthcare environment
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholder groups
- Experience in working in or close to software product development teams
- Experience in regulated environments, medical devices, SaMD, ISO 13485, design controls, verification/validation, or regulatory documentation is a strong plus
- Excellent command of MS Office tools and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the capability of creating structure where processes are still evolving
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

You can expect a gross yearly salary starting at EUR 55,356.- (on full-time basis, 38.5 hours/week based on the collective agreement) with the willingness to overpay according to your qualification and experience.
