Senior Project Manager - Business Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key business transformation initiatives focused on safety, risk, governance, and process improvement. Working within a collaborative transformation team, you will lead projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring business objectives are achieved while engaging effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

This role will suit a project professional who combines strong delivery capability with stakeholder management, business process improvement, and technology implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive process improvement and technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple business functions.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Support procurement, RFQ, and contract management activities.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Change Management teams to support business readiness and successful adoption.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
• Strong project management capability across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience working with business process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience working with vendors, procurement processes, and commercial agreements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience within safety, risk, governance, compliance, or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
• Ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
