Senior Project Manager - Mixed Use Project

Reporting to the Project Director, you will act as the number two on site, supporting the overall leadership, coordination and successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Project Director in the day-to-day leadership and delivery of the project, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
2. Coordinate site construction, engineering, commercial and MEP teams to ensure efficient project execution and milestone achievement.
3. Manage subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and resolving project challenges effectively.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and maintain project performance.
5. Prepare and present project updates, reports and recovery plans to senior management, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 15+ years of experience delivering major building projects, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
3. Proven track record on high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality or large commercial developments from construction through handover.
4. Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, commercial management and stakeholder coordination.
5. UAE or GCC project experience preferred, with excellent leadership, communication and team management capabilities.
