Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, self‑motivated Project Manager to join our small but growing team in Bangkok. You’ll work across diverse, fast‑moving international projects - each one different, often innovative, and delivered in collaboration with our passionate global teams.

Role

The Senior Project Manager leads the operational delivery of online research projects for the Asia Research Teams. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end project execution from commission to final delivery ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to client standards. You’ll drive operational excellence, mentor junior team members, and support continuous improvement across the business.
  • Lead complex projects - Manage end‑to‑end delivery across multiple markets, owning setup, execution and on‑time, on‑budget completion.
  • Drive operational excellence - Monitor fieldwork, timelines, quality and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risk
  • Be the key operational partner - Act as the main contact for Research Teams and suppliers, building strong relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the team - Guide 1–2 Junior PMs, supporting workload management, quality standards and collaborative team culture.
  • Champion AI‑enabled improvement - Drive adoption of AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality control and continuous improvement, ensuring responsible use across workflows

  • Proven project management experience - 4+ years delivering multi‑market projects, ideally in research, insights or consulting.
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder skills - Experience mentoring junior team members and influencing regional or global stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational & analytical ability - Skilled in prioritisation, problem‑solving, budget management and quality control, with high numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced technical capability - Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and comfortable working across digital workflows.
  • Regional mobility & language requirements - Willing to travel across Southeast Asia when needed; fluent in English and Thai; Thai citizen
