Senior Project Manager
Salary: ฿200,000 – ฿300,000 per month
About the role
Lead end-to-end project and program delivery from initiation to implementation. Drive alignment between business strategy, operational processes, and technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project/program delivery from initiation to implementation
Mentor junior Project Managers and effectively support Lead PM in delivery coordination
Drive alignment between business strategy, operational processes, and technology solutions
Coach and guide junior project managers and new joiners
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across Business, IT, and Digital teams
Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure true end-to-end journey and value realization
Oversee solution design alignment (business + technical architecture)
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, quality gates, and standards
Provide executive-level reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and issues
Proactively identify and manage enterprise-level risks and cross-project dependencies
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
12–15+ years of experience in project/program delivery, preferably in banking or financial services
Proven track record leading large, complex transformation programs
Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor environments
Demonstrated ability in driving business-IT alignment
