Qualifications

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required

• PMP certification
• At least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services role
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including validating outputs and protecting confidential information

Responsibilities

• Maintain high billable utilization and achieve significant profitability across projects through efficient project management and strong financial acumen
• Ensure more than 90% of projects are completed on time and within budget through effective project controls and risk management strategies
• Oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise software projects, manage project complexities, and ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Lead complex financial negotiations with clients, secure commercially advantageous terms, and minimize credit risks
• Mentor project managers to support their professional development and strengthen project delivery capabilities
• Plan and coordinate work across stakeholders to maintain visibility of commitments, dependencies, and risks
• Define clear project outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria to support successful delivery
• Establish consistent communication processes to maintain alignment between customers and internal teams
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve project planning, documentation, status analysis, and risk identification while maintaining accountability for decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation, clear handoffs, and defined ownership to support seamless project execution
