This role is based in Atlanta, with possible travel to customer sites.
About the Role:
- Lead large-scale implementations of ORTEC’s truck routing solutions for supply chain optimization.
- Manage multiple software implementation projects for large organizations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executives.
- Guide organizations through change and provide clear project leadership.
- Track progress, deliverables, financials, forecasts, and project risks.
- Lead project and steering committee meetings.
- Prepare SOWs and change requests and guide them through approval.
- Plan resources and coordinate with product, support, and development teams.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6–15 years of relevant experience, including large software implementations in supply chain environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
- PMP, ITIL, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar preferred certification.
- Professional, client-facing presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong IT, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in an international environment.
