Senior Project Manager (People and Culture)
Summary
Senior Project Manager leading large-scale HR/People Transformation initiatives (Job Architecture, Org Design, Strategic Workforce Planning) within a hybrid CBD setting, partnering with stakeholders and change management teams to deliver workforce transformation programs.
Salary: AUD 180000 per annum, Bonus
- Initial 12-month contract + extension
- Experience in HR projects and Organisational design required
- Location: CBD- Hybrid work model
Reporting into the People Transformation Program leadership team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale HR transformation projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex People and Culture transformation projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Drive the implementation of Organisation Design initiatives and Job Architecture frameworks across the enterprise.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and transformation teams to align workforce initiatives with broader strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure successful integration of Organisation Design work with related initiatives
- Work closely with Change Management teams to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive stakeholder forums.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale HR, People Transformation, or Workforce Transformation programs within complex organisations.
- Strong background in Organisation Design, Organisation Effectiveness, and Operating Model Transformation.
- Proven project management expertise with strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the role of change management in delivering successful transformation outcomes.
