- Support the Global Sustainability Task Force (GSTF) for your respective region. Enable your people to engage and partake in events.

Responsible for the overall accomplishment of assigned projects including:
- Planning and scheduling project activities
- Establishing and resourcing project roles and responsibilities
- Defining tasks required for the successful delivery to project milestones
- Monitoring and reporting on quality and progress
- Develops, implements and maintains sound project management and operational practices
- Evaluates and reviews project methodologies and offerings for continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate modern agile values and principles.
- Acquire in-depth product and utility industry knowledge
- Facilitate and attend meetings such as daily stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Work with the customer (product owner) to prioritise the product backlog to streamline the delivery of priorities and plan releases
- Work with technical team to develop effective solutions
- Provide input into product direction regarding functionality
- Leading the client and project team throughout the project lifecycle
- Building and maintaining project team spirit and motivation
- Setting standards and expectations of team member performance
- Developing work methods to craft team function and cohesiveness
- Responsible for championing, developing and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement amongst the Service Delivery Department
- Encourage, others to experiment and adopt the Agile mind-set, tools and techniques,
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members
- Reporting on budgets and forecasting figures including revenue margins, staff utilisation and project status
- Supports the sales team in responding to bids/tenders
- Ensuring that improvements made in projects make it back to the pre-sale process to ensure we are efficiently leveraging of our learnings from ongoing projects
- Grows and develop long term, ethical, transparent, value based, and outcome focussed delivery partnerships with customers
- Ensures that project delivery is customer focussed protecting the interests of both the customer and Gentrack
- Promoting Gentrack’s products and solutions to customers and endorsing best practise amongst the Gentrack user group

- Visual facilitation - Impact mapping, context diagrams, storyboarding, value-stream, and process mapping
- Agile Estimation & Planning
- Good understanding of data migration technologies and processes
- Knowledge of Talend – desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of Integration technologies and processes
- Knowledge of Mulesoft – desirable but no essential
- Bachelor’s degree, ICT or similar
- Project Management qualification (Prince 2, PMI or similar)
