Senior Project Manager / Project Director (SPM-PD)
Summary
Oversee multi-million-dollar construction projects, coordinating teams, contractors, and authorities to deliver on time, on budget, and to safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $100million and above.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, safety and quality management.
- Able to lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
