Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Project Engineering professionals with strong BIM/VDC exposure and experience in commercial building or international construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project engineering activities for commercial and civil construction projects.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders.
• Perform quantity take-offs and estimation for structural, MEP and civil works.
• Manage project documentation, drawing logs, revision tracking and document control.
• Handle owner requisitions, payment documentation and project billing coordination.
• Coordinate material tracking, procurement schedules and site logistics.
• Conduct project coordination meetings with project managers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports and maintain project records.
• Ensure quality standards for project engineering and BIM/VDC deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, construction and project management teams.
• Lead, train and manage project engineering and BIM/VDC teams.
• Support project estimation, resource planning and technical proposals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall Project Engineering experience.
• Strong experience in Project Engineering with BIM exposure.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-offs, Estimation or Project Coordination.
• Experience in US construction projects preferred. Other international construction experience can also be considered.
• Experience in commercial buildings or high-rise construction preferred. Infrastructure experience can also be considered.
• Experience managing and leading engineering or BIM/VDC teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to coordinate with international teams across different time zones.
