Senior Project Manager/Project Manager /General Building exp
Summary
Oversee building construction projects from design through handover, ensuring quality, safety, and cost compliance while coordinating teams and clients.
Project Management & Execution
Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.
Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.
