Senior Project Manager
Summary
Leads complex, cross-functional projects end to end — from business case through execution and launch — managing integrated schedules, resource plans, risk registers, budgets, and governance. Requires substantial PM experience scaled to education, change control/capital project experience, process validation background, and full English–Spanish bilingual ability.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Education: Doctorate degree with 2 years of Project Management experience; or
Master's degree with 4 years of Project Management experience; or
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of Project Management experience; or
Associate's degree with 10 years of Project Management experience; or
High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of Project Management experience - Previous experience in change control management, project controls, and capital projects
- Demonstrated experience leading:
-New Product Introduction (NPI)
-Technology Transfer
-Process Development
-Lifecycle Management
-Commercialization Programs - Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from business case development through execution and product launch.
- Experience developing and managing:
-Integrated project schedules
-Resource plans
-Risk registers
-Budgets
-Governance processes - Process validation background to support the above qualifications.
