Senior Project Manager – Placement at Finance Industry

Job Description:

- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.

- Ensure project execution follows agreed methodology, governance, and SDLC processes.

- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

- Manage vendor performance and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably at Senior level.

- Experience managing end-to-end IT projects in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries.

- Strong experience in project governance, SDLC, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management.

- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
