The role of Senior Project Manager is to manage the design and delivery of small to large projects and to develop and maintain relations with current and future clients within our business line. By managing projects as if they were our own, our project managers and technical experts work with clients to strategize, plan, and implement projects that help them achieve their organization’s objectives. Your Key Responsibilities

• Management of multiple projects to prioritize and control scope, budget and schedule are of utmost importance.
• Communicate daily with the client and project team.
• Lead the Design Team consisting of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and subject matter experts.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Day-to-day project oversight and communication with the client and project team.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and design approach for project pursuits, and support marketing and business development.
• Track progress against proposed scope, fee, schedule, and budget, communicate with stakeholders, identify and offer options to mitigate risk.
• Set and maintain business development targets.
• Mentor and grow a team of skilled project managers.
• Interact extensively with clients, including developing new and existing relationships. Maintain personal relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.
