💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager (M/F), you manage varied projects (integration, scoping, TMA), from design to go-live.

Plan and oversee Salesforce projects end to end
Manage budget and resources
Lead the project team and resolve issues
Ensure reporting and communication with stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Guarantee deliverable compliance
Manage administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, remaining workload)

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
Mastery of project management methods: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
Ability to plan and track project milestones.
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
3 years of experience on Salesforce. Risk management and performance tracking.
Good understanding of business challenges and the impact of Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations and conflicts.
Proactivity and initiative.
Team spirit and collaborative leadership.
Adaptability in changing environments.
