Senior Project Manager - SAP Carve-Out (M&A) (h/f)
Summary
A 15-month contract role leading end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of a major SAP carve-out (M&A separation) programme with a global, distributed team, working remotely with occasional on-site in Europe. Core focus is SAP project management, governance, planning and vendor coordination.

emagine has an opportunity for you to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of a major SAP carve-out programme with a global team.
Skills & Experience
10+ years' project management experience in SAP environments, including integration and/or separation (carve-in/carve-out) projects
Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules
Proven leadership of cross-functional, matrix-based delivery, coordinating large teams in an international context
Fluent French and English, written and spoken
Strong leadership, autonomy and rigor, with a proactive, decisive mindset
Lean mindset and continuous improvement focus
Comfortable working across functional, technical and business stakeholders in a high-pressure, fixed-deadline environment
Tasks & Deliverables
Define project scope, objectives and delivery methodology, leveraging market best practices
Identify stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities, and establish effective governance
Build and maintain a detailed, executable project plan covering impact assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, training and hypercare
Track and mitigate risks, escalating proactively to keep milestones on track
Coordinate service providers/third-party vendors and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones
Join a collaborative, enabling organisation that values autonomous, senior consultants. You'll take full ownership of a high-visibility separation programme, working closely with corporate M&A leadership, functional experts and technical teams to deliver a business-critical transformation.
