Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive the delivery of major customer deployments and help establish a predictable, high-performing delivery rhythm across our software engineering teams.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of engineering, product and executive leadership, ensuring our teams stay aligned, our customers stay informed, and our flagship projects are delivered successfully.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll lead the agile operating rhythm across distributed teams globally while managing the successful delivery of large-scale enterprise implementations.
You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, removing delivery blockers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing clear visibility to leadership. You'll also play a key role in continually improving the way we deliver software and integrated hardware solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement across distributed teams.
Act as Scrum Master for our Delivery team, helping the team stay focused and removing obstacles to delivery.
Manage end-to-end delivery plans for major enterprise customers from implementation through to go-live.
Coordinate engineering, product, compliance, mobile and tooling teams to ensure priorities and release schedules remain aligned.
Drive incident management processes, severity frameworks and production escalation workflows.
Produce executive-level reporting that provides clear visibility into project progress, risks, milestones and delivery health.
Manage new work intake, ensuring requests are appropriately scoped, prioritised and planned.
Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues early.
Support resource planning and capacity forecasting across delivery teams.
Help build scalable delivery processes that improve predictability as the business continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced delivery leader who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and building strong relationships across technical and business teams.
You'll ideally bring:
8+ years' experience managing complex software or technology delivery programmes.
At least 3 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow or Asana.
A proven track record delivering large, multi-stakeholder software or technology implementations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical progress into meaningful executive updates.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent) or comparable practical experience.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with IoT, parking technology, hospitality, healthcare or integrated hardware deployments.
PMP certification.
Exposure to PCI DSS, SOC 2 or similar compliance programmes.
Experience working in a high-growth or private equity-backed technology business.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve documentation, reporting and delivery workflows.
