Senior Project Manager [SL]

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with project objectives and SEQDC targets (Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).

Provide leadership and direction to project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and project schedules.

Monitor project progress, key milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies, and project safety plans.

Oversee quality control processes to ensure all works meet project specifications, relevant standards, and client requirements.

Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, procurement, contract administration, variation claims, and commercial risks.

Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective measures.

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, government authorities, utility agencies, and senior management.

Ensure all required statutory approvals, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

Prepare and review project performance reports covering safety, quality, schedule, costs, and risks.

Oversee commissioning, project handover, defect management, and project closeout activities.

Support business development, tender reviews, and pre-construction planning when required.
