Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, technically proficient, and client-facing Senior Project Manager to own complex technology engagements and ensure successful delivery of committed business outcomes. This role goes beyond project coordination, status reporting, or Agile ceremony management. You will translate client objectives and agreed scope into executable delivery plans, drive cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes, proactively resolve risks and dependencies, and maintain strong client confidence throughout the engagement lifecycle. Success is measured by delivered and accepted outcomes, predictable execution, quality, and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery: Own assigned projects/workstreams from initiation through engineering, testing, deployment, stabilization, and closure. Translate SOWs and client commitments into plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate deployment, cutover, rollback planning, hypercare, and handover.
• Client-facing leadership: Serve as the primary client-facing delivery owner within delegated authority. Lead delivery meetings, milestone reviews, governance discussions, and executive status presentations. Communicate project health transparently and manage challenging conversations on risks, changing priorities, and missed commitments. Coordinate UAT, sign-offs, and formal acceptance.
• Technical coordination: Coordinate Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, Developers, Integration, Data, QA, DevOps, and BAs. Understand architecture, interfaces, data flows, and deployment requirements well enough to challenge assumptions. Manage delivery across enterprise applications, cloud, APIs, middleware, data platforms, digital portals, and legacy modernization.
• Governance, risk, and dependencies: Maintain project plans, WBS, milestone trackers, RAID logs, decision registers, and dashboards. Identify risks early, escalate with facts and options, and lead recovery planning for at-risk engagements.
• Outcome-based delivery: Track progress against committed deliverables and business outcomes, not just task completion. Validate completion through evidence and challenge unclear status updates.
• Scope and commercial awareness: Understand SOWs, track effort and utilization, identify scope changes, and prepare change-impact assessments. (No independent P& L, sales, or contracting ownership. )
• Quality and release readiness: Coordinate SIT, regression, UAT, defect management, go-live readiness, cutover, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Reporting: Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to clients and Solutionara leadership, translating technical challenges into business impact.
• PMO maturity and AI-enabled delivery: Improve delivery governance, templates, and playbooks; use approved AI and automation tools responsibly to improve planning, reporting, and risk identification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in project management, technical delivery management, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing client-facing IT consulting or technology delivery engagements.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Practical experience with project plans, milestone tracking, RAID management, scope control, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing client expectations, escalations, changes, and delivery recovery plans.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, including client-facing presentations.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Noida GDC and collaborate with US-based client and leadership teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Enterprise Integration (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, APIs, middleware, EDI/B2B); Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, JDE, WMS); Cloud and DevOps (AWS, Azure, CI/CD, migrations); Data Platforms (data engineering, CDP, PIM, DAM, analytics); Digital Portals and Commerce Platforms; Legacy Modernization Programs.
• Managing US/international clients through onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Supporting complex enterprise releases, cutovers, and hypercare.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or other recognized PM certification.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted project management tools.
• Prior experience with every listed platform is not required; candidates must demonstrate sufficient technical understanding and learning agility.
