Senior Project Manager

- Project management, internal operations, and business development support
- Conduct weekly planning calls with clients to review project progress and upcoming tasks
- Offer technical support to clients who experience issues or have inquiries
- Prioritize and manage the team's workload to balance internal and client demands
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and any changes in scope
- Collaborate closely with the founder to refine processes and support sales and hiring efforts
- 2+ years of professional experience as a project manager
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience managing web/mobile app projects
- Understanding of software development processes
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability to work from 9 AM to 3 PM (EST)
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Ruby, Python, or JavaScript coding experience
- Familiarity with web and mobile development concepts
- UI/UX experience (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
- Marketing experience (social media, SEO, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Startup experience
