Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead strategic and operational projects across Supply Chain & Operations, from problem definition through execution and impact measurement.
- Analyse internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement across supply chain and operational workflows, including goods flow optimisation, partner and supplier performance, process scalability, and end-to-end operational efficiency. Apply a structured, problem-solving mindset to diagnose root causes, define actionable solutions, and drive continuous operational improvements through data-driven decision making.
- Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic cross-company initiatives. Lead complex, high-visibility projects that influence business-critical decisions, operating with intensity and clarity in senior forums.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives by simplifying processes, reducing variability, and increasing system reliability.
- Define clear roadmaps, milestones and KPIs, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams.
- Use data and performance metrics to influence decision-making and prioritisation.
- Ensure initiatives are scalable, sustainable and aligned with long-term platform strategy.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, or complex project management roles within fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (advanced Excel required; SQL or BI tools are a plus).
- Structured problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex operational challenges.
- Experience working in large-scale e-commerce, marketplace, or high-growth operational environments is highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels.
- Execution-oriented, with a bias for action and results.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
