The role delivers projects with independence from the Project Executive, keeps work aligned with client goals, budget, and schedule, and supervises/mentors Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) represents the Veridus Owner’s Representative Group and serves as the primary
client contact for projects. Building on the Project Manager role, the SPM manages projects with greater
independence from the Project Executive while also supervising and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant
Project Managers. This role balances direct project delivery with leadership responsibilities, ensuring alignment
with client goals, budget, and schedule, while reinforcing Veridus’ mission, vision, and values.
