Senior Project Manager (WFM)
Summary
Senior Project Manager at OBI Smart Technologies (a joint venture of OBI and Reply Group) in Katowice, owning planning and delivery of ASES from ATOSS workforce planning implementations for Austria and/or Slovakia. Day to day: managing schedules, stakeholders, customisation, integrations and compliance with local working-time law in a hybrid model.

- Completed university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project management, Business Analysis or a comparable field.
- Country-specific experience: Proven experience implementing or operating IT or HR systems in Austria and/or Slovakia.
- Functional expertise: In-depth knowledge of workforce planning and time management, ideally involving ASES from ATOSS.
- System implementation: Experience managing rollout activities, system customisation and compliance with local legal requirements, such as working time legislation.
- Integration and process expertise: Experience coordinating interfaces, for example with Paisy or HR Reporting, and ensuring client separation across Germany, Austria and Slovakia.
- Project management: Ability to manage schedules, work packages, stakeholders, documentation and standards with a high level of accountability.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish, with readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice.
