Senior Project Manager, Wind Construction

In particular, the successful candidate will discharge the following responsibilities:

• Initiating - participate in the tendering / contracting process of the project and the designation of OE.

• Planning - secure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works.

• Executing - secure that projects are implementing as per Vena’s requirements, facilitate issue resolution, lead the project team including OE through project changes.

• Monitoring and Controlling – monitoring the progress of the project, managing the project’s budget, ensuring that key milestones are reached, compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance.

• Closing - work with Contractors to secure and document that the project delivery is complete, review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts, archive project files for future reference and use.

Pre-requisites:

• Multi-disciplined, seasoned professional with at least 10 years experience in onshore wind farm project management

• Strong understanding of wind technology, turbine systems, grid connection, and operations

• Experience managing and motivating cross functional teams

• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies

• Fluency in English
