Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for transferring manufacturing programs from China or other global sites into Vietnam while ensuring smooth production ramp-up, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead localization and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Coordinate cross-site collaboration between China, Taiwan and Vietnam teams.
- Manage project timeline, cost, quality and delivery.
- Lead customer communication during project transfer.
- Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure production readiness before SOP.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Support customer audits and factory qualification.
- Build strong relationships with global customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 7+ years in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
- Experience in factory transfer or localization projects.
- Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, NPI and Change Management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Mandarin is highly preferred.
