Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Sales to capture requirements, assess technical feasibility, and define initial scopes/timelines with customers. Serve as the key liaison between external (Partners, customers) and internal technical teams (FAE, RD)
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients and leadership; manage expectations, scope creep, and negotiations.
3. Independently turn vague, fast-shifting concepts into structured, high-velocity project plans.
4. Simultaneously drive multiple parallel tracks and optimize resource allocation.
5. Proactively identify technical and timeline risks and deploy contingency plans.
6. Utilize industrial and PM-domain best practices, techniques, and standard to identify areas to improve project management

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of tech PM experience in fast-paced startups, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
2. Software development background. Familiarity with AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and automation is highly preferred.
3. BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
4. Sharp cross-functional communication and proven record of solving complex problems under pressure
5. Exceptional multitasking, conflict resolution, and the ability to work autonomously in chaotic environments.
6. Languages: Fully fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken).
7. Location: Work onsite. Willing and able to travel for business trip
