Our client is a Global Fortune 200 company and a leading provider of technology infrastructure and supply chain solutions, supporting some of the world's largest technology and hyperscale data center operators.

With continued growth across Asia Pacific, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to take ownership of regional project delivery and lead a growing team.

This position will suit an experienced project delivery professional who has operated in a complex hyperscale data center environment and is looking to progress into a broader regional leadership role.

You don't necessarily need to be an established people manager. What matters is your ability to deliver complex projects, influence stakeholders and demonstrate the capability to lead and develop others.

The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across APAC, working closely with global customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects for major hyperscale customers across APAC.
• Oversee an established team of Project Managers, with responsibility for growing and developing the function.
• Drive project execution, ensuring delivery commitments, timelines, quality and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders across operations, engineering, supply chain, procurement and commercial teams.
• Manage project escalations, identify delivery risks and implement effective solutions.
• Establish consistent project management processes, performance standards and reporting.
• Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, project profitability and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Program Managers who have delivered complex infrastructure projects within major hyperscale or cloud environments.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Significant experience managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects or programs.
• Experience within a hyperscale data center environment, ideally with organizations such as AWS, Microsoft, Google or Oracle.
• A strong track record of project execution and successful delivery.
• Exposure to data center infrastructure, technology deployment, network infrastructure or related environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, delivery teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs, operational performance and customer expectations.
• Exposure to regional or multinational project environments, ideally across APAC.
• The ambition and leadership capability to develop and manage a growing team.

Previous direct people management experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in high-performing delivery professionals who are ready to transition into a regional leadership position.
