Senior Project Risk Engineer

Summary

Leads risk management for large Oil & Gas projects, identifying and mitigating risks to cost, schedule, and performance using tools like Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Risk Engineer to lead project risk management across major Oil & Gas projects.
The successful candidate will identify, assess, analyze, and mitigate project risks while supporting cost, schedule, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Develop and maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations.
Analyze cost and schedule risks using Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis
Prepare monthly risk reports and advise project leadership on risk exposure.
Support claims, change management, and project controls.
Facilitate risk workshops with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Promote and comply with QHSSE standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Risk Engineering, preferably on large Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of Project Controls, Risk Management, Cost & Schedule Analysis.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
